yes. i do know him. well, as for WHY i've setteld here- few reasons for that: --its free of poisons in land, its eco friendly, mostly untouched by machinery
-excellent water (tested it in lab, they said it really healthy)
-the freshest air due to forest around it
-forest wont be cut as secret military base in it
-lots of berries, mashrooms, etc
-rich black soil to plant trees and veges, water runs through it freely (in -other places its heavy in clay that keeps water and make roots get rotten, which eventually kills the tree after 4-5 years)
- no drunk locals. few old people and the rest are very interesting young families with healthy way of life
-nice place in general
